A sound healing meditation to attune you to the frequencies of the time. As above, so below. I will take you through the astrological aspects of the day, and formulate a meditation with a pranayama, and incorporate sound + mantra that will give us the tools to navigate the energies of the week. Each week is different, and will include a combination of any of the following sonic tools; Planetary Hand Chimes, Crystal Alchemy Sound Bowls, Bells, Drums, Harp, Rattles, Flute, Sufi Chimes, Hand Pan & Saturn Gong.
