What is the benefit to hanging on to fear, worry, sadness, anger, self-sabotage and self-punishment? To create the life that we want to live, we must dump it all. Living aligned with Source requires being light as a feather. We can't live in alignment if we are carrying so much baggage. We have wings, but we can't fly because our wings are weighted down by all the stuff that we refuse to face. Let's face our junk by tapping through it. Do you want health, wealth, happiness, love, and authenticity? Then dump the junk!
