In this 12 week group coaching program you will be guided through the 8 steps to taking back control from energy limiting chronic illness for a more relaxed, balanced and fulfilling life.

This extremely effective program offers all the benefits of coaching at a fraction of the price as well as the support of a group of people who will understand what you are going through!

This is just a little of what clients who have taken this program have experienced:

This is a unique opportunity to experience this program in an intimate group as it will be the last time the program will be run with only 12 places. You'll get more individual attention and in return I'll be asking for a lot of feedback along the way so that you can help me make sure I'm offering the most effective program possible!

The program is split into two sets of 6 weeks with a 12 day break in between. There are 2 sessions a week, one teaching session and one coaching session. All the sessions will be recorded in case you don't have the energy to attend all of them live. However some live attendance will be necessary to get the most out of the program!

The total cost will be only $174 but you only have to pay the first $99 to enrol. A second payment of $75 will be due after the first 6 weeks.
