This video is a MUST watch so you can practice safely in the comfort of your own home. Find all the forgotten little details that can ensure your practice is sustainable and injury-free. So, before you start your Beginner’s Yoga course, take some time watching and making some notes. I actually recommend revisiting this video many times, as the deeper we get into the practice the more we forget the details that can cause strains or damage over a long period of time. Because independent learning couldn’t be any safer!
