Reiki and Yoga Nidra

Through breath and surrender, a guided relaxation of the physical body carries us into a state of energetic purification. The nervous system recalibrates. The body enters a state of homeostasis where of its natural accord, it heals and clears all that doesn’t serve our highest good. We gather our scattered energies and release foreign ones from our field. A return to our true and unchanging essence emerges.
