In this class \ workshop we will work with Laughter and other techniques as a tool to shift our emotional state.
As Orya will guide through a process of observation and absorption - you will feel the easiness and clarity that begins to present in your conscious state.
Laughter as well as other powerful exercises from theatrical world will be demonstrated, and you as a participant are mostly welcome to take an active stance and do them as Orya Deisraeli present them to you.
As you take part and do some of the exercises, You may feel some effects and changes that occur, they are natural and a vary from one person to another.
