Just a play-practice introduction to attuning to your body with heartfelt tactile sensations leading you to look at, touch with your awareness, and lovingly extrapolate "pain pockets" captured within your physical and emotional system. Generally any pain we carry is need of a more loving relationship to help move us more like water. Think of this as an intuitive way to open to the pain and hope for gentle release.

Please have your favorite drawing or painting medium available to use! I am currently working a lot with pen/paint markers and paper, and occasionally colored pencils, but paint of any kind, or charcoal is great!
No need to have any artistic background, and if you're an expert, you might just want an hour to play and leave the intensity of perfection behind.
