Join me for this free introductory class on learning about hypnosis and how you can use it to make changes in many areas of your life. Whether it is to change a habit, improve a skill you already have, release old patterns that hold you back, or simply harness peace and relaxation in your life, hypnosis is a proven powerful tool that is easy and effective. There will be a brief presentation followed by a simple guided hypnotic session for the group, followed by a period of Q&A.
