Group wellness coaching is a freeform class where you can ask questions about personal health and wellness topics. While I cannot diagnose or treat diseases according to the Western model, we will discuss holistic approaches. As a board-certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, I can also provide lifestyle and diet tips from an Ayurvedic perspective. You can also email me questions in advance here or at kenosiswellness (at) gmail.com and I will answer them on the video (which will be recorded) if you cannot attend live.
