Welcome to The Soul Artist Experience! The Wellness Universe is happy to announce our partnership in Wellness for All programming with Jane Ramsey Founder of The Soul Artist Experience, Certified Meditation Teacher, Accomplished Author, and Inspired Artist.
Get ready to create in your art journal during this uplifting course for self-expression while participating in transformational workshops for mind, body, and spirit!

This course is held once a month for 12 months. Each workshop goes live every second Sunday for 60-75 minutes at 1pm ET/10am PT. Workshops will be recorded.
In the Soul Artist Experience, you combine creativity and personal transformation.
The Soul Artist Experience is designed to help you tune in to your own intuition, detach from judgment and find flow through creativity. You will learn to connect to your own inner guidance and develop deeper self-knowledge in fun, nurturing, interactive workshops. You will be connected with a tribe of like-minded Soul Artists through a private group.
Many resources will be included; workbooks, meditations, how-to videos etc. No prior art experience is needed.
Course Details:
1/8/23 Soul Artist Pre-work; art journaling “how-to” (how to doodle, zentangle, create a mandala), acrylic painting techniques, adding layers to your art journal; getting set up for class.
2/12/23 Intro to the Soul Artist Experience?; set intentions, how to create during class, soul question meditation, zentangles, heart breath, at your best exercise, gifts and talents exercise, setting your desires, homework explanation.
3/12/23 Soul Artist Experience Awaken creativity meditation, create a mandala, body scan & chakra clearing, paint to music, using a mantra, lovingkindness meditation, legacy exercise, homework explanation.
4/9/23 Soul Artist Experience Brahmari Pranayama, effortless creation meditation, intro to Harnessing the Universal Principles, Imagination exercise, Be Here Now Mindfulness Meditation.
5/14/23 Soul Artist Experience Nadi Shodhana Pranayama, creativity wellspring meditation, cultivating a creative response to life, full-spectrum living. Review all the work so far and explain what will be next.
6/11/23 Soul Artist Experience Now we move into the more advanced portion of the course. Establishing powerful daily practices, gratitude and grace, claiming your life art journaling exercise.
7/9/23 Soul Artist Experience Deep Dive into Universal Laws: Harnessing these 6 Universal Laws to Work for you; The Law of Divine Oneness; The Law of Vibration; The Law of Correspondence; The Law of Attraction; The Law of Inspired Action.
8/13/23 Soul Artist Experience Deep Dive into Universal Laws, Continued: Harnessing these 6 Universal Laws to Work for you; The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy; The Law of Cause and Effect; The Law of Compensation; The Law of Polarity; The Law of Rhythm; The Law of Gender.
