In this moment, we will take a few minutes to relax and to sink into the Reiki "Just for Today". I'll spend a couple of minutes allowing everyone to arrive and get settled, then lead a meditation based on the Just for Today.
I'll have a video of a nature scene running, I'll recite the Just for Today twice, drum for a few minutes, repeat the Just for Today one more time, then close. It will take about 15 minutes. I will record this and it will be available for listening anytime. It will be an excellent way to start your day or to restart your day should you need that.
I will also create a 5 minute version of the meditation for those times you just need a minute or two to ground yourself.
