She will teach three tips about perceiving and reading energy:
1. The characteristics of energy that carry important information
2. How to rely on your whole body, not just the eyes to perceive energy
3. A visualization to acknowledge energy
Energy sensitivity can be very overwhelming because it is loaded with information. When someone develops a healthy relationship with being sensitive they can begin to perceive the energy around them, begin to collect the information, and utilize it in their everyday experiences.
Jamie will demonstrate these unique techniques by selecting a few attendees from the live chat thread to do energy readings on during this session!
