OPENING TO SPIRITUALITY

We've been seeing a growing and positive trend since the second half of the 20th Century as increasing numbers of people have been "waking up" and becoming more open to spirituality. Opening up spiritually is an adventure with many possible paths, each of which can have forks and twists and turns - and it's an adventure that should inherently be a rich and hugely rewarding experience!

The means by which this is happening can be varied, as different people open up in different ways, by different triggers, and to different aspects.
So how can you open more to spirituality if you're led toward this path? Is there a certain path to follow? Or are there different possible concepts, modalities, teachings, techniques, experiences, etc. that you can try to trigger and enhance your spirituality? Even if you're innately spiritual, can you enhance your spirituality?

I'm a believer that there is no one-size-fits-all belief system for spirituality and I do not adhere to any specific school's teachings. My path has been both cognitive and experiential and partially based upon my innate spiritual awareness at birth. What I'll be sharing in this class will be a composite of various recommendations stemming from my own experiences and studies and based upon what I feel can be helpful - and, at times, essential - to authentic spirituality.
