I imagine you’ve heard of the words “miasms” and “lapses” in some context or another, but what do they mean in terms of your Life Mastery journey?
A miasm is any kind of non-supportive energy—usually toxic—that can be inherited from your immediate family or even from previous generations. Miasmic energies can trigger or at least contribute to unpleasant situations circumstances in different areas of your life.
A lapse, on the other hand, is a mental-emotional state in which you may be unable to figure out what to do in a given situation. In a lapse state, you may experience what people commonly refer to as “being stuck”, and thus be unable to move forward in your life.
Both of these concepts can have a strong debilitating effect, and you may not understand the source or the cause. But in this episode of Life Mastery TV, I’m blessed to have a Certified Holistic Healing Practitioner, Tom Heintz, joining the show to share his wisdom about these very topics.
