In Sanskrit, the word Jyotish translates as “ the science of light” and refers to the light of the stars and the seven major planets of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn. These seven planets influence all of life and have an incredible impact on the soul that is experiencing human incarnation. Learn in this class about the 12 zodiac signs, the 12 houses, the 7 planets, and how they influence various aspects of our life. It is said that there are no two people with the same astrological placements. The specific placements of the planets at the time of your birth become your personal signature and give rise to your unique temperament, constitution, and individual expression.
