Bring a journal and pen! <3
This class includes a discussion, meditation, journaling, and energy healing! It's preparing us for Winter Solstice and the New Year where we take deep inventory of our belief systems, but can be used at anytime. Do we believe anything is possible? Do we believe we are meant to be alone in some way? Do we believe we deserve the blessings in our lives? These are just some examples of the beliefs we will explore together.
If possible, it'd be great to exercising your physical body in the 24 hours before watching this class.
