The yogic teachings see women as powerful creators. as opposed to being dependent on others to make decisions and build our lives. Yoga and meditation can help us build and connect with this power, by strengthening our bodies, minds and nervous system.

In this course you will learn and experience yogic practices that help you achive this: strengthen your nerves and your mind. You will expand your awareness, so that you can hold the space of Love, rather than fear, for yourself and others around you more often.

Here is what you will learn and practice in this course:

1) Strengthening your connection with your soul and the universe, so that you don’t feel weak or isolated, and therefore afraid.

2) Becoming stronger in your neutral mind, so that you can tune into peace, stillness, stability and non-judgement of self or others at will, and live your life from that centre.

3) Increasing your frequency and raising your consciousness. In this way, you can more easily choose to align and merge yourself with the frequency of Love.
