First, Diaphragmatic Breathing—the foundational breathing pattern your body was designed to use. This technique engages the diaphragm, allowing the lungs to fully expand and improving oxygen delivery throughout the body. Second, Energy Surge Breathing—a specific variation of diaphragmatic breathing designed to increase alert energy and mental readiness without triggering stress. Using the same diaphragmatic foundation, this technique adjusts the rhythm and intensity to safely stimulate the brain’s alertness centers, increase oxygen exchange, and elevate energy levels. The result is greater wakefulness, focus, and motivation—without tension or overwhelm.
