What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness. The kundalini energy is your creative potential.
This yoga technology can rejuvenate your whole being and take you to another level of perception, healing, and growth.
Kundalini yoga technology combines physical postures, with breath work, sound current (mantra), hand positions (mudra), and eye focus (drishdi) to tap into your creative potential and bring you back home to YOU.
Foundations of Kundalini Yoga Class:
Fine-tune your Kundalini yoga skills OR learn the basics as a beginner! This class is geared towards beginners of kundalini yoga, but is open to everyone. For those already familiar with Kundalini yoga this will give you an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and practice.
The class series will touch on the foundational pillars of Kundalini Yoga: kriya, breath work, sound current (mantra/chanting), specific asana postures unique to Kundalini Yoga, and the Bandhs (or locks that direct the flow of energy through the body).
