Reiki, a Japanese technique can stimulate healing from symptoms sustained from grieving a loss. These symptoms, such as brain fog, insomnia and chronic pain to name a few; can manifest in harmful ways that negatively affect the mind, body and spirit.
Life force and source energy flows through the body, clearing blocks that can occur during times of grieving and stressful life events. Although this session is not customized for each individual, distant group healings can provide a synergy of calm, peace and relaxation during a time of healing and recovery.
Rachel invites you to attend her live Distant Reiki Session; or feel free to email her to add names to be included in this event. You are more than welcome to include your animals as they both enjoy receiving reiki and benefit from the healing.
Rachels intention is to help ease the discomforts associated with grief to activate healing so we can begin living beyond grief.
