In this class you will learn several kundalini yoga breathwork and meditation practices that steady your nervous system and help you feel centered and calm in 3 minutes.
All of the practices can be done seated.
The greater intention of this course is to help you start to reclaim your sovereignty, your energy, and yourself from the chaos around you. It IS possible to feel steady, peaceful, and calm even when everyone around and the world appear to be falling apart. These practices will give you the tools to for that.
