Many times we just need to give ourselves permission to break through the blocks that once served us. It is important that we look at our personal past, diving deep to shine a light on our shadows and gain a new perspective.
In this workshop you will learn and discuss some of the ways we can truly access, forgive and evolve from the "stuff" we carry, permitting ourselves to truly heal.
