We are limitless. If you believe it, think it, and say it, you can have it. Limiting beliefs are what hold us back from our greatness. It keeps us in fear and frankly, limited. In this workshop, we will use mudras, mantras, mediation, movement, affirmations, as well as a bit of science, to help us balance our throat chakras so we can manifest the lives we desire.
