In this class we will focus into the power of universal Vedic mantra OM and experience the vibrations for a strong body -mind and spirit connection and healing. Om is the basic sound of the universe, When chanted Om vibrates at the frequency of 432 Hz, which is the same vibrational frequency found in all things throughout nature. Chanting OM / AUM as an effect on both physical and mental aspects, as it calms our mind and in return calms our nervous system. ॐ symbolizes: the three worlds of the Soul: the past, the present and the future.

We will cover the following in this class

Power and importance of OM as universal Vedic mantra.
Healing Meditation with chanting OM mantra.
