Shamanism 101- Shed Your Skin

Many animals shed their skin to grow bigger. For humans, which I assume most of you are, shedding our skin means giving up limiting beliefs about ourselves. This allows you to step into your power- to become a bigger, better person & to do more in your life. In this shamanic journey, you'll meet your inner healer who will help you learn to let go of beliefs that no longer serve you.
This class will be recorded, you can return to the journey as often as you need to release any other negative beliefs you find in yourself.
