Shamanic Energy Hygiene + Limpia

Shamanic healing is a spiritual practice based upon the belief that everything is energy, everything is Spirit; the trees, the water, the earth, the air you breathe, your body, the animals and plants, you name it!

Shamanic medicine is a tradition dating back 25,000 years and takes place in many forms, depending on what spirit recommends.

In this class we will talk about, and practice, a short energetic ritual that you can do to cleanse your energy, and keep your field clear of negativity. We will follow up with a brief healing, or 'Limpia', which is a clearing or cleansing if you will, of your spiritual, mental, emotional & physical bodies. We will clear away any areas of stagnant energy, releasing the illness, pain and suffering that is held there. This will leave you feeling more grounded, connected to the flow and filled with vitality, bringing you greater connection, balance and centeredness.
