Nothing in nature is still 100% of the time. What we find is that there are moments of stillness that happen without force or intention. Nature is, in fact, fluid.

Why, then, do we believe that the only way to meditate is to "assume the position and sit still"? This idea is a misrepresentation of the true identity of meditation which, in its ultimate state, is a merging with the object of its focus.

Join me in this 45-minutes experience that offers a range of possibilities, all of which begin with something active and surrender to the ultimate and natural state of oneness with the force within and without.
