Kundalini yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness. Many also refer to it as a Technology for Happiness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your Soul.
Kundalini Yoga combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance and harmony to the body-mind-Soul. In Kundalini yoga, the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart where deep and profound healing occurs. You will feel elevated, expanded, renewed, open, empowered, ecstatic and deeply connected to your Soul�s essence.

Additional Information
This class will be an introductory class to Kundalini Yoga. If you've never experienced this practice before or maybe have been intimated by the idea, this class is for you! We will go over the basics of Kundalini Yoga, practice a basic sequence and experience the powerful effects of this technology.
