Billions of Dollars have been spent on a cure for Alzheimer's without success. A little know but widely researched series of movements designed to improve balance ~ are the focus of this class. The balance mechanism of the body is tied into the same area of the brain having to do with memory, focus, concentration, and spatial awareness.
The final idea : Better balance ~ Better Brain!! Come join me in a journey to a continued healthy brain. Also consider inviting any athletes you may know as these have also been shown to improve sports performance.
A 15 minute a day inconvenience will lead to a perennial life improvement.
