Or perhaps you’ve had a challenging time returning to your daily life of work and family? How do these experiences affect your feelings of Belonging? Join Wanda for the topic of Spiritual Integration to learn ways to help the integration of spiritual to the physical. We will also discuss self-care needs that will help with this process.
