Often, the season brings up many emotions because of missing loved ones, grief, finances and time deadlines. Did you know with intention, and simple meditation techniques you can shift the way these affect you and even those around you? Whether you wish to feel loved ones crossed more, attract more financial resources, or let go of the stressors of time running out, these daily, even moment to moment simple intentions will allow you to feel the blessings and love of the holiday season.
