Note about this class: There was a little technical issue about 13 minutes in and the screen goes black but comes back. Also, the class is very physically challenging.
Taking advantage of the Full Moon energy we will book end the practice tomorrow with two full moon meditations! Antar Naad Mudra is a key to opening the flow of Kundalini. The new awareness will give you the authority to make the right choices to conquer the ugliness of life. You will be peaceful and secure.
The Kriya will bring us in the space of inspiration and excitement that we need to stay disciplined this month! We must use all our tools to stay in a higher vibration and guard our thoughts, staying away from fear and despair.
We will end the class with a meditation for letting go and healing. This is a beautiful meditation to allow ourselves to JUST BE.
