Self Mastery 101: Understanding the Power of Your Words

Did you know that one of the most powerful ways to change your life is to change what you say about yourself and others?

In this class, you will learn about the power of language and the words you speak.

Most people are very unaware of the words they are speaking about themselves and others. They go about their daily lives often thinking negative or derogatory thoughts about their lives much of their day. They don't understand that every thought and every word has the power to create or discrete what they do and do not want.

Why? This is because words carry a vibration and energy within them and so when you speak in unconscious ways you are in fact allowing your thoughts and words to create the reality you are speaking or thinking about.

In this class you will learn:

1. How to begin to become aware of what you say and think and develop positive patterns to support change.
2. How to develop more mental discipline so that can have more awareness and control over your thoughts and words.
3. To take your power back by becoming empowered with the things you say about yourself and others.
4. To be able to see the language you speak and the thoughts you think as tools that are here to help you to create a reality you choose.
