This group session will be focused on releasing any resistance or stuck energy around worthiness.

The beauty of the PURE Essential oils, the way they reach every cell in our bodies and how quickly they reset our limbic system..The flight or flight response center and reset our emotions!

That's how my community was born..Empowering You Community with Debbie Prediger started by doing these group sessions virtually all over the world and I am thrilled to bring them to you through the Wellness Universe and this platform.

Oils we use during the session are Frankincense, Lavender, and Stress Away. I use the Young Living brand and highly suggest that you only use PURE from nature, nothing added or removed Essential oils for this process.
It isn't necessary to have the oils as I'm using a method of distant energy healing as well.
