A gentle fluid Asana class in the Raja Yoga tradition, focused on connecting breath with movement. Emphases will be on postures for healthy aging. Variations are presented with guidance to modify or amplify based on your body’s inner wisdom. Come to the mat to breathe, move, stretch, strengthen and ultimately connect with your true self, your Higher Self.
