Heart Rhythm Meditation
What is this truth? This truth is our True Self.
It is only when we have revealed the ultimate truth of our True Self that we are no longer angry and worried, that we are grateful and compassionate to ourselves and others.
Thus the more we practice and meditate, the more we start to reveal our hidden ultimate truth, our True Self, and the more we will be able to emanate healing - of ourselves and into the world.
Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM) is a mindfulness practice that combines focused breathing with attention to the heart's rhythm synchronizing slow rhythmic breathing, aiming to influence mental, emotional, and physical states (typically inhaling and exhaling for the duration of 6-8 heartbeats).
