The amount of stress involved in Modern Life is substantially larger than our nervous system can process each day. The need for speed and productivity, translates into faster breathing, shallower inhales and hormone imbalances that wreck our frazzled nerves.

In this short class, use a combo of foam block release, manual touch and guided breath work to release your diaphragm and improve natural breathing. Wear loose, comfy clothes for floor work. Props needed are blanket or towel, and foam block.
