Participants will learn three simple breathing techniques, EFT tapping with affirmations, body awareness, gratitude, and brief journaling to support calm and resilience during challenging times.

0–3 minutes | Arrival + baseline
3–8 minutes | Skill 1: Regulating breath
8–13 minutes | Skill 2: EFT tapping + affirmations
13–18 minutes | Skill 3: Focused breathing
18–22 minutes | Body awareness reset
22–25 minutes | Gratitude as regulation
25–28 minutes | Closing journaling
28–30 minutes | Integration
