If you are new to strength training and are currently sedentary or have never done or have very little experience with strength exercises, this webinar will help you assess your base line strength and build a program using body weight, dumbbells and bands. If you have joint or spinal pain, have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and/or have never had a bone density scan and you are over 65, please be evaluated by your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
