Art Ritual®️~ Being Your Radiant Self

In this 90 minute video, Beth guides you towards clarity, intuitive insights, and healing around the theme of: Your Radiant Self - Your Highest Vision for Yourself. You’ll then bring what you’ve accessed into greater presence and integration through an intentionally designed Art Ritual®️. You will be creating your art, but artistic experience is not required. You can do this!

*IMPORTANT*: The instructional videos are now found in the assigned Learning Materials. Watch those when instructed.

RECORDED CLASS: The live session included a 30 minute break to begin creating your art piece, so pause the recording for as long as you wish or come back to it later. The live session was 2 hours. If you don’t take the art break, the recording is about 90 minutes long.

The supplies I suggest for doing your art are:

*set of 50 crayola markers
*pencil, pen & eraser
*heavyweight paper such as bristol board, heavy watercolor paper or poster board. (8.5x11 inches or a little larger )
*metallic gel pens in silver & gold
*scissors

You are welcome to use any additional art materials that you love (stickers, glitter...)
