Remote Reiki Healing Immune Boost

Join Sarah, the Long Haul Yogi, for this Remote Reiki Healing session, where we will be focussing on boosting and strengthening the immune system through Reiki. As the seasons change, and the weather becomes colder and wetter, coughs and colds become more commonplace. This class will help your physical body to handle this with ease!In this class, Sarah will provide a guided meditation and breathwork to relax you for the Reiki healing. The Reiki session itself will be roughly 30 minutes, with time for a quick chat afterwards.

This session will be conducted entirely online via Learn it Live and is use-able whether you are attending live, or wish to enjoy the healing via recording later. Reiki energy moves across time and space. The recorded session is just as effective as the live session.
