Meditation may be defined as reflection or contemplation for the purpose of attaining a heightened sense of spiritual awareness.
Buddha said, "Meditation brings wisdom; lack of meditation leaves ignorance. Know well what leads you forward and what holds you back, choose the path that leads to wisdom."

We invite you to think of your breath as your god-given breath thus with every holy Breath You Take you you breathe the Divine into you, you are one (you cannot live without breath).
