The Gift of Disappointment

This topic is very dear to my heart. December is a significant month for me, not because of the happy holiday season, but because of the deeply challenging experiences I went through in that month. Both events took place on Dec 17th. Dec 17th 2007 and Dec 17th 2010 were life altering days for me. Days, I will never forget. Days I would rather have not faced. However, growth, improvement, expansion and enlightenment can not be achieved if we are not willing to make life altering changes. This is a class about facing our fears and disappointments when life doesn't go the way we had hoped.
