Many folks suffer from Sciatica aches and pains down the buttocks, hips and legs. The cause is often a combo of weakness in the Hips and misalignment in the Lumbar areas. In this informative class, learn about the basic anatomy of the Sciatic nerve area and the surprise bio-mechanical fix that can alleviate symptoms. Be prepared for basic movement and stretches, and some floor and wall space for the work. Wear comfy, loose clothing. Props needed are mat or blanket, and a foam block. 45 min duration.
