In this video lesson, you will connect with your Power Animal within the vision of a traditional "Sweat Lodge Ceremony." There are many spirit guides to support you; and many are in the form of animals. In Native American, Shamanic, and Indigenous traditions, each power animal has "medicine" or teachings to help in your spiritual growth and healing. Learn to recognize and connect with your own power animal in a way to get the support and guidance you seek. We will practice a deep meditation in the form of a vision quest to connect with your personal power animal.

Please print the handouts and bring to the workshop. Also, please bring a pen and paper and colored pencils as well. For the class, please be sure you are in a comfortable place to meditate.
