Thanks for your interest in my meditation. In this Learn It Live Moment, I will lead us in a brief shamanic journey to help you ground and recharge. I'll lead a 15-20 minute journey to deep place within yourself where you can relax completely and recharge yourself.

This will be recorded so that you can return to it as often as you need. I'll also make a micro-version- about 5 minutes , for when you just need a quick reset to your day.
