Happy International Yoga Day 2023 and also Happy Summer Solstice! 🌞
This Summer Solstice Special Chair Yoga class is part of the usual gentle yoga for Long Covid, other chronic health conditions, overcoming injuries and more. It is a gentle and careful class that is supportive of chronic fatigue and orthostatic intolerance, but always listen to your own body and respect your limits.
We will be rising up with some support from our chair into poses that celebrate the Summer and the energy from the Sun. It will be warming, freeing and most importantly, fun!
This is a chair yoga class. A chair without arm rests and not on wheels is ideal. This class can also be done from the bed / side of the bed although a chair is preferable.
