Remote Healing for Deep Grounding with the Earth Chakra

Developing a stronger connection to your Earth Chakra will help you connect to the natural neutral electrical charge the Earth gives off which stabilizes the physiology on a deep energetic level, reduces pain, stress, and inflammation, and even improves sleep, blood flow, and overall energy levels.
