This workshop is to help those who want to learn how to meditate, those who have trouble meditating, and for those who have trouble trying to focus on meditation. I will be giving you a practical experience which hopefully will help you on your way. It is easy, nothing to worry about, just relax and enjoy the journey.
This particular workshop has been run a number of times privately and has helped participants to move into their meditations without blockages, without the fear factor.
