February HoopYogini Lunar Phase Classes
8:00p.m. - 8:45p.m. EST

4th - Last Quarter
11th - New Moon
18th - First Quarter
25th - Full Moon

Come explore and celebrate the moon with this sweet series of classes. The hoop will be used as a yoga prop and as a dance partner. Beginners are welcomed, this class is for all levels of hoopers and yogis alike.

Using The Moon Calendar App, I create HoopYogini Classes that are inspired by the lunar phases. For more info on the lunar phases, please go to Flow Vixen Fitness on Facebook. I will be posting more info and details there.
